Erika is the founder of Spring, the Suffolk-based integrated creative agency, and winner of the IOD's Businesswoman of the Year Enterprise award. She has a fundamental belief in the power of common sense, focus and passion. Those are the key attributes of success and she will be looking out for them in the Grand Ideas.

Since its launch in 2006 Spring has grown to provide a full-service offering for clients including The Conservative Party, Suffolk Strategic Partnership and Belvoir Cordials. The agency now employs 12 staff (with 18 more affiliated), all of graduate level or equivalent.

Spring's commitments to CSR include an extensive internship programme and involvement in other youth opportunity schemes, contribution to charities as wide ranging as a Congolese orphanage, a Malaysian food festival, the Suffolk Foundation and Southwold Lifeboat; and setting up a classical music festival.

Erika lives just outside Southwold with her husband, daughter, baby son and various animals and her favourite thing is coming back home to Suffolk from London!
